Mobile Deposit doesn’t work
For the past two weeks your app will not accept my checks for mobile deposit. The app says use a dark background in a well lit room. I have all my lights on and used several black backgrounds. The camera decided when to snap the picture and says success on both front and back photos. But when you hit submit it gives an error. Deposit rejected use a dark surface blah blah blah. Can you fix your app please? Several weeks ago I was getting another error message that would say my check don’t have the correct date on it when it was clearly typed. How long does it take to fix this?

I’ve never had soo many issues in my life with logging into an app. I’m seriously thinking about switching Banks because of the waste of time I’m spending call TSB every week to reset my username and password
You can do practically everything
This app is fantastic! Another reason to love TSB. I live in another state and haven’t needed a reason to visit the bank or call, because everything I need to do regarding my account is doable on this app. I have never had glitch issues, it’s fast, and incredibly convenient.
