Doesn’t work!
I just downloaded this app and there isn’t any sound. I have tried restarting my iPad but it still doesn’t work! Can anyone help with this issue?

Uh so the sound won't work, but if that somehow was fixed these were my favorite as a kid... I want to use this but seeing as it has no sound.... I'm super frustrated that I just paid 5 bucks for something we can't use.

I am glad this is now in app version!! I grew up playing this game on CD-ROM. I am sooo excited that now I can share it with my kids! Great game and great value! Definitely a good buy.
Broken
Will change this to a five star when my four year old stops crying that it won't open anymore...these books are our absolute favorite apps, and ALL of them are broken right now.
All living books crash
I have down loaded all of the living books (paid versions) and am experiencing problems with all of them. After using them for approx a week they will no longer load and I must delete and re-down load them. I have an ipad and am using ios7. Since you have not upgraded to ios7 this may be the problem. Please fix this so the money I spent will not seem to be wasted. I have been using Living Books since the pcdos days and find that my children and grand children love them. After fixing this problem I would request that you produce more of these Wanderful books.

5 year old completely captivated!
Two weeks ago I took my 5-year-old grandson to Washington DC to visit my son and his uncle. Having the Wanderful apps along on the iPad for the plane ride was a life saver. He spent literally hours immersed in them. The Tortoise and the Hare seems to be his favorite. Thanks again for making these great books available!

Not worth £2.99! Has not been updated since the 90s.
Just a direct port of the original game. The graphics are poor and low res on high resolution screens. Game play is slow and the bottom two corner buttons do nothing.
This could have been a great kids app.

I'm excited.
Finally a book with touch and creative reading tools.
Well my children grew up with these titles.
The whole series is amazing.
They ran on Mac back in the day.
My guys learned to read and had fun doing it with the living book series.
Thank you for your work bringing them to the iPad.
Now my grand children can use them.
Why nobody takes time to review these is beyond me.
My wife has shown them at school with creative learn ears and they are smiling and learning.

Works great! So fun to have these books for my kids.
I have very fond memories of using these living books in school. We were all very sad when iOS 10 didn't support these cd's and other programs. I found these a few months ago but the ratings were low - it seemed to have problems with crashing.
I checked back a few weeks ago just before we went on a long trip and some people seemed to have more positive things to say so I decided to try it. Works great! No crashing, my son loves it! It kept him happy on a 6 hour drive. We had it on the "read to me" mode, but I'm sure he will soon want to explore the pages and find all the fun animations.

Cognitive challenged no problem
Thank you Wanderful for bringing the LivingBooks back to life. My daughter is cognitively challenged and can't engage with "educational" material. She has always loved these books, Arthur, Little Monster, Berenstain Bears, Tortoise, Harry, and now she can engage on iPad. Can't thank you enough.
Lovely product that has now stopped working!
We brought all of these interactive talking books for my 2 year old daughter... but now for some reason NONE of them work anymore!
I'm using an iPad 3 with all current updates to the iOS running. When opened all the books get stuck on a black screen - so disappointing given I paid for all of them.
Come on, developers... sort it out!!

We loved this software years ago, and were thrilled to find it in the App Store! We are anxiously awaiting more titles to join these classics!
The gold standard
Finally! Living Books, the gold standard in which all interactive storybooks were based, is finally on the iPad! I can't wait to share these stories with my daughter!

Really happy to see the classics are brought back to life. The masterful combination of fun and learning makes this a must-have App for the iPad generation! Hey, where is my Green Eggs and Ham?
