camera offline, support far from enough
Both new devices or the ones already in app, Tosee plus WiFi camera failed to load live stream, reached out but several days after my report, no essential support from app provider. So bad!!!

The app will not show networks, therefore the camera can't connect. Installation not possible. Have to use the other ToSee app which doesn't work with Alexa.

I paid over $200 for this camera. I subscribe to cloud when I can afford it. The camera is kicking on, but that app is blocking me from seeing my videos that my SD card has recorded. Which is messed up. I understand that you want to make money, but to block my camera so I can’t see it is wrong. Today I had a flat tire and I couldn’t even view my camera because you are blocking my SD card. I walked up on my porch. Saw the camera come on, but still there was no recording on my SD card even though it says there is space is being used on my card. I don’t recommend ur products because this is selfish.

No notifications many months now and no any updates. I have annual subscription but I don’t have notifications alerts when camera activated by movement sensor

Unable to configure promate ranger-1. Using tosee I am able to confirm but it has annoying ads so wanted to try tosee plus but it doesn’t get connected at all. Pls help me with an app without ads to connect promate ranger-1 doorbell.

Очень странно, так как на андроид хоть и без звука приходит, а на айфон нет. Нету даже никакого уведомления когда кто-то нажимаем кнопку. Исправьте пожалуйста.
