Terrible compared to Daikin and Mitsi Electric
The app is very glitchy, the app will initially load, but as soon as you tap the screen to type in the fault code it crashes. When I was able to use the app it wasn’t overly great, not much detail on the app compared to other companies apps like Daikin and Mitsubishi electric

Good app
It's a good app and saves a lot of time, only issue is sometimes it doesn't load fault and you have to reboot phone
