Saying my tv isn’t on when it is
The app itself is perfectly fine normally works all the time but sometimes it says that the TV isn’t on when it is on and it should connect. It’s not connecting and I’d refresh the app like five Times and it still won’t connect, but they only happen sometimes but still can be very annoying
Broken
Its stuck on a loading screen to accept the Privacy Policy.

ive used this app for over 2 years, it was really good untill it jst stoped working, i had to delete the app and download it again everytime to get it to work but eventually it stops working again, my controller is unfortunately broken so i now have no other way to use my tv:(
App refuses to open
Worked for about 3 days and now the app doesn’t even open. Comes up with Toshiba then crashes and closes.

Half of the buttons won’t work, pointless.

no ads, no fees. best app i’ve ever used 100% recommend for forgetful people like me who always loose their remotes 👌🏻
Stop working
Worked well for 2 days now it stop working. I can open and press the button but it doesn’t act on the tv. WiFi is strong and stable and status show as connected. Just a useless app.
Desperately needs an update
Works for a bit but this app desperately needs looking at by the developers. Whenever I open the app when the TV is on, it sends a restart command to the TV. Whenever I close the app quickly after changing volume, it turns the TV off and won’t come back on. I don’t understand how someone looked at that and said “yeah it’ll do!”.

Not on my app
My Toshiba app doesn’t look like any of the pictures of the app on here, The 1st screen is mainly blank the buttons on the bottom don’t do anything, Mostly I use the app to turn the TV on and that’s about that!

Downloaded the app, both TV and phone are connected to the same wifi, still can’t find the tv. Sent screenshot of TV to report issues. Will wait couple of days to see if it will work later

It’s simple easy to use and easy to set up so it works for me I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
