Worst App Ever
The stupid app doesn’t even work. You sign up for rewards and it is just glitch after glitch, and eventually your rewards disappear. Whoever made this app wrote some pretty horrific code.
App failure
I went to the new store location and downloaded the app. Doing so was supposed to get me a free bowl, but when I went to use it in the app, it said the reward was already redeemed. The worker at the location said he would be unable to do anything and to email support so I left the store. I emailed but zero response after several days. I had my husband download the app to see if it worked for him, he also got the same error. Clearly it wasn’t something I did wrong but a glitch in the app. Might be worth fixing it over losing customers based off a bad experience in the app. Randomly I went to look today and the reward showed up and I was able to redeem. I’ve heard fabulous reviews about the food, but the app leaves much to be desired. Also, still no response from the support team after 5 days.
