Have been trying to use this app for the past two weeks and doesn’t even get past the load screen.

I downloaded the app to order online. The app doesn’t even open! I open it and it just continues to load on the opening “page” and doesn’t show anything else. So I can’t even use it at all
Fix the App
If you haven’t logged into the app in a while your account deletes itself. Also there is no proof of purchase/ order history. Such a faulty app. I ordered food through the app and it never sent me a confirmation or receipt but it took the money from my account. We show up to the restaurant and they have no record of our order. This app is a waste of time.

Restaurant is great, app is not good
I have been eating at tostada regia for many years and when I saw the app to order online I was excited to use it. I placed an order for my family and just to make sure I called the location to confirm that they received it because my card was charged. The woman answered and said the order did go thru but when we arrived to pick up the food none of extra instructions were made and we had to wait for the adjustments to be made. It also didn’t send a confirmation email of the order to refer back to the special instructions. There is many corrections that need to be made on the app for it to work as intended.

I ordered my food through the app but when I arrived at the restaurant my food was not done because the app did not submit my order. The app didn’t make note of my number either so the host wasn’t able to call but it sure did get my credit card information and charged me.
Please fix. Otherwise, it looks like the app is useless.
