There is no real option to stop this app. It is taking money out of my account and I am unable to stop it. Like your using my money for your cash and I can’t stop you help

I don’t know when I have registered for this. You have been deducting my money please cancel this. I tried to login but wants to access all my photos not giving me an option to choose. Cancel immediately.

What does this do other than take my money. It is crooked of you to block my access to my account while I’m trying to delete the subscription. Here we are again playing games.. my identity verification code never works. I’m continuously denied access to my account. Action will be taken against you.

I had thought about purchasing a subscription but with so many emails—I have changed my mind quickly!! Not only this—the mails look like bogus spam mail. They are NOT Easily Identifiable… You have to click them to find out WHO they are-!! Again-the storage is great…But….NO THANKS to the Aggravation & Harassment of this company wanting $1.99 -FORGET IT!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged a registration fee that was set up as a recurring payment and had to go through several deliberately ambiguous and misleading steps to cancel my subscription. It was so difficult to do and even when I found where to cancel, I had to go through 4 pages to fully unsubscribe. This app is a SCAM designed to confuse people and trick them into recurring payments. Do NOT download.

THESE PEOPLE SOMEHOW GOT A HOLD OF MY BANK INFORMATION AND HAS BEEN TAKING PAYMENTS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHO HOW WHAT AND WHEN THEY ARE😡😡😡🥺I NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO SO I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS!!! IM 59 YEARS OLD AND DISABLED AND RECEIVE ONE CHECK A MONTH I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO FIND OUT WHO THEY ARE I HAVE TRIED CANCELING THIS AND ASKING FOR REFUNDS I HAVE TRIED TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM AND FINALLY DID AND IT GOES STRAIGHT TO A VOICE MAIL THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON !!! MY BANK IS IN THE PROCESS OF HELPING ME STOP IT AND FIND A WAY TO PRESS CHARGES!!!!

This app keeps making me reset my password, then after logging in, it won’t allow me to give access to my photos. So what am I even paying for? I think I got scammed

Charged for storage and yet can’t seem to find any way to dispute it. Go to the website and have to download the app which isn’t useable only wants full access to my photos.
