Used to love this app and fell
Off the keto wagon a while back. Now trying to use it and won’t allow login. Can’t push the submit button. The help options don’t help. Trying to reset the password link doesn’t work. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still nada.

Was once a great app
This was once a great app, but I can no longer login or recover my password. Hopefully I can find something just as good for logging my meals, and supplying keto recipes
Do not use
This app has too many sign in issues and is not usable. Highly do not recommend it

Can’t sign in!
I just signed up for a free week today, August 16, and I can’t sign in. Ive used this app before years ago and I canceled my subscription after some time. I wanted to sign up again to see if anything has changed and apparently not! I tried to send a service ticket and all it does is spin. I have a 16 pro max, an iPad and a Mac and I can’t sign in on any of the devices.

Not working
I used this a few years ago and it helped keep me in ketosis. However, the app is no longer working. So sad, wish the developer would review and push an update to fix the log in error.
App Crashed!
I loved this app and suddenly stopped working. Unable to log in even with a new email. Keep getting an error msg. Please fix the issue!

I used to find this app really hatful but going back and trying to log in I get a continuous error message. Can’t log in, change password or set up with new email. And none of the feedback or contact forms submit properly. Pity the app can’t be used
No longer able to log in
I previously found this app to be helpful, but it will no longer allow me to log in… did all the trouble shooting, checked settings, deleted & reinstalled and etc… sign in and reset password links will no longer activate and just throws “error” mssgs.
What happened???
I can’t login anymore. I’ve used this app for years but they did an upgrade or something and now I can’t login. Total bummer.

I lost 20 pounds using this app about 5 years ago but the developers seem to have abandoned the app.
The app in the last year is had so many popup ads it was frustrating and time consuming to use. Now I can’t even log in. The button to hit once you enter your password does nothing until eventually you get an error that “something went wrong”. Really glad I didn’t pay for premium as I’d have to cancel my credit card to cancel the subscription.

Signed up for 7 day trial, can’t even login
The issues I’m facing are those I now see in other reviews from months ago. People can’t login and you can’t even send a ticket request on as it just spins out. I was excited but clearly issues going on with no way to get resolved

Seems other people are having log in issues as well as me. Too bad. I really enjoyed seeing my progress on the chart graph. Been using this app for 5 years. It was a 5 but now I give it a one
Stopped working
I loved this app! Been using it for 4 years, but have not been able to log into it for the past several months! I’ve tried everything to get it up & working. Even went to the help login page. But all that ended up doing was have me put in all the information, hit the submit button and I watched it just spin and do nothing. I guess I’m going to have to get this canceled and search for another keto app.
