I only wish

Total VPN is a pretty decent VPN however they have only one major user interface issue that I don’t like and that is not having an indicator somewhere to show me if it’s on or off on both my phone and my PC. I wish there was a tray gadget that would show if VPN is on or off.

It is ok

This VPN wrks ok. Many apps I use get stuck. Sometimes it works with the app, sometimes not. Will keep it for a month to see if it sorts out. Probably won’t keep using it.

Charged unfairly

I have been charged £9.99 this month from this company and have not taken out any agreement or used their services! It is very frustrating and difficult to try and get my money back and stop them take any more of my money!

Great vpn only one issue!

It would be easy five stars review
but there is issue with this vpn on iphone
When my phone automatically connects or disconnects from wifi or mobile internet
vpn stops working and each time I have to connect it again manually.
I would expect smooth automatic transition instead!

Won’t work

Paid for a year. Won’t work after a week on either my cellphone or the laptop. Can’t access their help page because it’s blocked by the firewall of China here (which is why I got the VPN in the first place).

IS THIS THING ON?

Wow!

I’ve used VPN in the past and thought I’d try this one as I’m traveling and my home Internet is very slow.

Despite being on and set to multiple locations, have not been able to get any satisfactory connection speeds, and as such, I am unable to use multiple applications.

Very disappointed.

Can’t Get Past Error Message

It works fine when it’s working but if there’s an SSL that it can’t resolve and connect to, an error message comes up which stays in front of the program screen and won’t allow you to get past it so that you can go into the settings and make an adjustment so you can connect…

In short: It freezes the screen so adjustments are impossible.
Bad design and UI…

with it on i literally cannot access anything.

if this is a user issue where i have to make special changes different than its install and the automatic additions it has me authorize to my iphone, then it fails to make that easy or clear.
