I wanted to update my review to say that Tote & Carry finally responded and helped resolve my issue. It took some time and follow-up, but once they got back to me, they were helpful and made things right. I really appreciate their support and willingness to work with me.
Their items are truly beautiful, unique, and very nicely made—I’ve especially loved the furry bags. The quality definitely stands out, and I’m happy to keep supporting them now that the customer service came through.

Extremely Disappointed – No Response After Receiving Wrong Item
I ordered a duffel bag from Tote & Carry and waited over a month to receive it—only for them to send me the wrong item. I ordered the black furry duffel and received a black leather-looking one instead.
Since then, I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times through different emails and platforms, and I’ve only gotten automated responses. No one has actually helped me, and it feels like they’re completely ignoring the issue. For a company that promotes luxury and customer experience, this has been incredibly disappointing.
Save your money unless you want to wait forever, get the wrong product, and be completely ignored when you try to get it fixed.

Tote & Carry Wins
I had just bought a new luggage set for my daughter and I when I saw another customer’s duffel bag in the checkin line at the hotel. I loved it so much I struck up a conversation. She told me about the website and I went straight to it upon checkin. You all were having a BOGO, so I got the black for myself and emerald green for her. Later I got the brown for my mother’s gift for Mother’s Day. We later acquired the toiletry bags to match. Apparently you all read the text messages that I send. Sooo, I’m waiting patiently for the large Apollo 2 makeup bag with 3 tier sections. I also need a passport book cover. For some reason the one I ordered isn’t what we need. Thanks for such a great collection. Keep up the great work!!!

I literally have at least 8 sets, and baby when I tell you I travel in style, and rock every time. Best set of inexpensive, durable, stylish and all around fab. And the flash deals catch me every time.
