Great for Organizing Photos + Excellent Customer Service
This is a great app for organizing photos! I had a few questions when I first started using it, and their customer service was excellent. They got back to me within 24 hours, on a weekend, and clearly explained the steps I needed to fix the problem. They also took the time to answer all of my questions.
I really like being able to create different lists to organize my pictures. One of my favorite features is that, when looking through your phone’s photo gallery, the app marks which pictures have already been uploaded. This is a VERY COOL feature because it makes it so much easier to avoid uploading duplicates!
I did initially have an issue with the app changing the primary photo I selected to a different one. Customer service walked me through how to change this in the settings, and that fixed the problem. My one criticism would be that I think keeping the originally selected photo as the primary photo should probably be the default setting, especially for new users.
Another feature I really appreciate is that once my pictures are safely uploaded and organized in the app, I can delete the originals from my phone. That is going to free up a LOT of storage space while still allowing me to keep everything organized.
So far, I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve used. Between the organizational features, duplicate prevention, and excellent customer service, Tote has been a great find!

Many months of pictures and links lost, no customer service contact anywhere
The title says it all, was working my way through my photos, saved many months of screen shots, just stopped working, made me sign in again randomly, everything is gone. There is no customer service. Pretty much everything I worried about.

Very useful
I really like this app. Instead of taking screenshots and then losing them months later in my camera roll, I can easily save them to totes with my action button and then just search tote later when I need to reference back to it. Very convenient. I pay the subscription as well because I use it quite a bit.

Too expensive
It’s a very nice app but once you download it, and save articles to the “tote” it won’t allow you to view the website unless subscribe for 39.99 a year. I could understand one payment but to pay 40 dollars annually, it’s not worth it, at least for me it isn’t.

I cannot believe I’m reviewing an app, but I’ve downloaded ToteI worked with it for five minutes this app is amazing! It does everything it says and it’s fast. It’s what I’ve been looking for for a very long time. I subscribed after five minutes of using it. I highly recommend this app. On my phone I have over 19,000+ photos and I don’t know where they are but I went through my photos and I downloaded them on Tote, it has all the information there that I’m looking for that I had to take five photos of a recipe and then I don’t remember I have iThere’s a photo of it. There’s instructions. It’s a win-win if you’d love to cook if you like to cook and you see recipes or anything really because I’m doing my DIY I’m doing my house stuff. I’m doing everything on this app, get the app you will not regret it.

It’s something I’ve always needed
Great app! Saves me so much time and space, can’t tell you how great it is to have all of my screenshots organized and in one place! Def recommend!
Finally the app I’ve been looking for
This has been a huge help in saving all the instagram recipes I want to try but never went back for. Really easy to see the recipe and ingredients list without rewatching the same video on repeat
I LOVE TOTE!
Tote is the answer to my constant “what will I make for dinner”, “what was that restaurant I told myself I would try”, and “what should I wear on vacation” questions. It helps me keep my very disorganized thoughts organized!

I’m always opening articles and watching videos that I don’t get to finish. I either forget to come back to them or can’t find them again when I’m ready. It’s great having an app that helps me save and track them so I never forget to go back or where to find them when I do.
Dinner Planning Game Changer!
As someone who is overwhelmed by thinking of dinner recipes for the rest of my life and needs constant inspiration this app is a game changer. Gone are the days of sifting through memes and recipes I’ve sent myself to try and find dinner for the week.
Run of the mill Fake “free” app
Just another “it’s free” app that once you download it gives you one or two free entries and all the rest you have to subscribe to unlock. Deleting now.

Helpful for planning backpacking trips
I use tote to save and organize all of the content that I find on instagram, Tik tok and the web. It’s so helpful because it gives all of the locations for each of my saves. As I plan my backpacking trips I can quickly find everything I’ve saved and then with the locations plan my routes. This is the best app I have on my phone!!

Don’t know how I’ve survived without this app
It works so well. I use it to save all my Instagram reels, recipes, and things I plan on doing reading later. It’s magical how you just press a single button in any app and then you’ve got a perfectly categorized entry in the app. The search and lists make it so easy to find things later too
