Falhas constantes

Tenho um iPhone SE, segunda geração, com mas de 20 gigas de espaço interno, devidamente atualizado com a última versão do IOS, Mas mesmo assim, preciso abri-lo constantemente por mais de 3 vezes para fazer um registro de ponto, pois fecha sozinho e não sou o único que reclama disso na empresa.
