Can’t set up
This is a bad app. I can’t even set up an account.
Horrible.
This is my second vape such as this one. It doesn’t want to connect to the app or my phone. I deleted the app thinking I could reset it, but now it is telling me that I am entering the wrong information when I know I’m not. It also says “failure” when I try to sign up with another email. When I say “forgot password” it says “no account” I wouldn’t even waste your time. I loved it at first when I had the first vape, aside from the music not connecting. Really wanted to like this one. But nah. I will never buy another and am deleting the app as soon as this review is posted.

Connection issue
I can’t login because it constantly says “cannot connect to host” I’ve reinstalled the app several times and it still doesn’t work!!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!
Can barely use
I tried to connect to my phone several times. I got the music to play; but I can’t get themes or other apps and I was able to reset the time but I can’t change anything else. It randomly gave me an option of clocks and I didn’t want the one it ended up on. This vape seems to have a lot of potential but needs ALOT of work… yes the United States doesn’t use the metric system but you gotta appeal to all the masses…

Couldn’t figure out how to connect
Can’t connect it to my phone tried everything but can’t seem to get it to work

i can’t even create a account when i enter a password word and get the verification code it tells me “enter 8-30 alphanumeric characters”
Loved it the first day, but
Since the first time it connected, i couldnt connect multiple devices at a time, so i would disconnect and then connect another, after doing that switch twice, now it wont connect to either device. Been trying for a few weeks, wont even find the device anymore.

Cant get it to connect to my phone and I have Bluetooth connected on both devices, when I go to the app and hit find devices it says search failed
Bummed
Yeah, like you said and many have previously said it’s on military time which yes I take the time out to figure out. I know what it is, but I prefer it be right in front of me and same with like the date. I can’t change any of the date or time so it’s kind of a bummer. I still have to take my watch my phone everywhere with me which I normally do, but I figured this would be easier.

Bluetooth
My vape won’t hook up to this app and I can figure it out.
Literally does nothing
I don’t know why the app is even necessary. This does nothing. You can’t upload a picture. You can’t play music. It’s the same as having any other vape. I probably won’t pass on a RAZ or other known vape.

Says games but there is no option anywhere on the vape itself or the app that lets me “play games” knowing me I get bored and need something to mess with and got this cause why not

I was happy to open my V touch and so dissatisfied disappointed that it doesn’t connect to my cell at all.

Whack
Got my first VT vape today connected it. It worked fine now it just connects and disconnects from Bluetooth constantly. I have reset my phone reset the vape factory reset the vape turn on and on off Bluetooth deleted device done all the troubleshooting steps on the app and everything and I can’t even use the vape for what it’s intended for, besides vaping, but I have zero Bluetooth connectivity

Won’t even let me make an account to use it. Completely worthless if I need an account to do anything on it and it won’t even let me make one.
Works
I figured it out at first I was upset. Do not sync the device from your phone. If you’ve already downloaded the app go to the app and sync it through there but make sure your Bluetooth is on. It will work then.
