Brutal
Like being an educator isn’t hard enough, our little credit union used this app for online banking. Imagine it telling you it’s time to update, so you click on the link to update and all it does is spiral in you in an endless loop that leads to nowhere. Absolutely brutal useless app. Get it together nerds!!

Extremely outdated
This app does almost little to nothing other than let you check your balance and transfer money between checking and savings. That’s basically it. It’s super slow to log in and they show zero signs of any updates or major improvements. Why my bank used this app is beyond me it’s very bad. Compared to what these other banking apps are doing im shocked it’s still on the App Store.

Nothing But Frustration
This app makes it such a hassle to do the most basic things with my account. I’m constantly logged out of the app and I’m asked for an “app code” that no one seems to know and isn’t listed anywhere on the website. So now I can’t even check my account information.
Worst App
This is literally the worst app it has been my misfortune to have to use. Every time there is an update, it will no longer let you log in using your credentials. I document my password, so I know what the correct one is. Tired of having to go back to my bank and have them reset it. My son also tried to use this crappy app and was never able to get it working.

Won’t accept code to start process. Financial Institution require laptop sign-on as a security feature with no clear message that’s the reason for login failure.

Not a good update
Not a good update. Lots of login issues. Cannot log in on a mobile device and have had issues since the update. Not a happy customer.

Zoom Fearure
This app would be much better if it had a zoom or magnification feature for people with low or poor vision.
Where is Zelle
It appears the Zelle feature has been removed from the App and there is no way to access Zelle as it send me back to the original app and ask for me to install it. Is this a different app and if i install it will Zelle return?

Good App, wish the calendar view of bill pay was still available
disappointing
it doesn’t allow me to log into my bank account anymore seeing that there is something wrong with either my login credentials or some thing to do with the bank but everything that I insert is correct and I haven’t been able to log into my bank account for almost a month… it’s getting really frustrating and annoying and tedious that this keeps happening and my bank says that everything is fine on there end so I don’t know what to do

I have difficulty everyday with this Touch Banking APP. It either doesn’t do the face recognition or when it asks me to enter my password, it tells me it is incorrect. This is a hit or miss situation daily.

I can no longer open the app on my iPhone. It crashes immediately.
