Doesnt Work
This app usually just shows a blank white screen and rarely works. Frustrating!
Terrible Reporting App
We’ve been using Touch Bistro for 6 years. The program is ok but the Reporting App is terrible. Slow to load and doesn’t look right on my IPhone 11.
It got worse and worse
The worst app I have ever used. Please update or do something. Otherwise I think it’s time to switch to other provider. So disappointed! No update for 3 yrs but this year I am not able to see anything in good shape. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

Does not show current reports
I use touchbistro for my restarunt and when I want to see the sales report it does not show today’s sales.

I am so frustrated with this company & this app.
I have to delete the app & reinstall everyday.
I waste so much time trying to navigate & scroll through the menu data to get the info I desperately need to determine remotely how my business is performing.
I really want a response on why time & money are not being spent on this very necessary app for business owners & managers?

Yes, it wasn’t good to start with and now yes again it’s worse HOW COULD THAT BE !!
Horrible App
Been with TouchBistro for a couple years now... their system software is reasonably good... but this app should be a total embarrassment to them! I thought they’d get around to fixing it over the years and instead they recently made it worse. On top of having to delete and reload the app once a week or so, you now have to fight it to pry out the information. Not being user friendly is huge understatement! They obviously do not read their reviews!

If you have a whole year to install this app fine
Bought this program in the beginning of May. Needed the program running by mid June. Support would book my appointments 3 weeks out. Paid for this service and it is almost a year later and cannot use it. They will not give me my money back. Over $2000 invested in a useless system
Horrible
The worst app on my phone. Keeps signing me out makes me change my password at least once a week because it doesn’t recognize my passwords after a few days.
Current user
I’m pretty sure Touchbistro dumped all thei VC funding into everything except this app. This app is so bad that it makes me want to stop using TB altogether, which is unfortunate.
Beautiful white screen that has no purpose!
It’s a wonderful white screen on my phone, if you’re looking for an easy white screen to stare at and wonder if anything is ever going to load, I highly recommend this app!
Tragic
Literally just loads the whole time. Give us the old app back...such a waste of time.
Worst App
Worst mobile app. I would not use it if I didn’t have to. I have to delete it and reload at least once a week. Hopefully it gets better with time.
