App has trouble with connection and syncing

The watch shows my current steps for the day. The app doesn't. Also, this is the kind of app that should "just work".

To get the watch to sync, I had to "forget device" in Bluetooth and then uninstall and reinstall the app. This isn't the kind of thing an end-user should be doing.

I love the watch, but the app greatly reduces my watch's value and utility. If the app changes quality, I'll do my best to remember to update this review.

App crashes, watch useless

I updated the app hoping it could resync with my watch since my watch wasn't syncing...now the app won't open at all (crashes immediately) and my watch won't even show the time. Please fix ASAP!!

Nice watch -that’s it

I like the watch, different watch faces, and ability to create your own watch faces. Call and txt notifications stopped working months ago. I think notifications worked for 3 or 4 months. I contacted customer support via website and got no response. If u paid money for product and it doesn’t work as advertised and company will not take care of issue why would you want to buy it.

It’s really good! :D

I got this watch last Christmas so I’ve been wearing it for a while, it’s very good at tracking my heart rate, sleep, and it also shows me when I need to have on a jacket invade there’s rain in the weather thing, you can change the background and it charges really fast! It’s kinda like an Apple Watch but for kids. The reason I rated this a 4 is because there’s always room for improvement but it is awesome! 🤍
