Great campus app
This app holds my virtual ID card and it’s really easy to see my meal plan balances.
Very Slow!!
I have been using this app at university for 2 years and it is extremely slow. You can’t use it on a different device and you have to use a hidden external website to reset your password. Horrible service!!
Horrid app
Genuinely the most dysfunctional app i’ve ever used I’m disgusted by the fact i downloaded this garbage nothing works how its intended I’m surprised the developers are still with us and haven’t passed because they forgot how to breathe hopefully my college abandons this waste of ones and zeros.

I can’t log back in cause it says acc in use by another device but it’s the same phone :/

Defective app
Won’t allow me to upload/take a picture for my student ID. There is no help with customer service either. This app is a waste of time and is becoming extremely annoying.

Never works
This app does not work even though the online portal does. If you call TouchNet, it hangs up on you. There is no excuse for it.
Vitriol
The app almost never functions and chooses to not accept an id photo even when the guidelines are followed.

i kept downloading and deleting the app and i can’t even choose my school. as soon as i press it, it says “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” i’ve retried numerous times

Unable to Deregister from Broken Phone or Reset for ID on New Phone
Taking an exam and need ID however my wallet has been missing. Went to try and log into this for the second time and unknown to me you can only register to one phone at a time. Further that the message says to contact one web but I do not have an account with them. Nor do they provide a link for my prospective college. Sloppy.

Have been trying to login for months but it keeps showing the same error screen each time. School administrators don’t even know how to fix it. Useless app👎

Completely useless app. I’ve only been able to use it once. I get an error when I try to login and I have done troubleshooting and the app still doesn’t work.
Garbage!!
I hate that my school converted to using TouchNet. The app never works. And when you finally do get to the login screen it won’t allow you to get in! I’ve never used an app that was more useless. This app is just trash.
Suppressing the Poor
App hasn’t worked all year. No way to troubleshoot. Suppressing Students from being able to access basic needs their ID is unacceptable. This effects how we function. I cannot access library, bus fare, entry to state parks, lunch lines, and financial aid offices if the app cannot function.
App almost NEVER works
I’ve been dealing with this sorry app for three years. In my county we’re supposed to have free bus rides as students, yet for these past three years I’ve rarely ever been able to take advantage of this benefit because this app doesn’t work. I wish my school would abandon this app.
Trash app
It lets you log in once after you uninstall the app completely and u have to unregister and log back in and it only works once then u have to do it all over again. Just delete this off the app store
