I use this app to access my student ID for college. I am no longer able to open the app - it crashes each time I try to click on it. ☹️

Right after I select a school to use with it, it closes itself. Now I can’t even open it without crashing the app.

App is not opening up
Super inconvenient when one’s institution relies on this app for those seeking to upload a professional photo onto the platform for it not to work. You can download the app, however, it automatically shuts down when clicking on the app to get it.

I get an error message saying that my account is already assigned. Never used this app before this and don’t know what that means

I needed the app to buy get food from student food court and stuff from student store but can not access course of password error code two days later.

When I first downloaded the app everything was fine. Now I can’t even sign on.

I try and select a school and it immediately crashes. I don’t even get a chance to try to login. Not worth it.

Unable to login
I can’t login to my account since it doesn’t let me choose the right id type to login. This app needs to be fixed since schools instruct this app for new student to use as their virtual student id, but the app not even works well.

9/10 times - - Always getting the wheel of death when logging on! Horrible app. Once you’re in, the app is okay. Just hope it doesn’t freeze or kick you out in the middle. :(

Every time I try to login in, it shows me error and says “this account has already been assigned”
Very inconvenient
Anytime I use this app I have to manually log in. This makes it much more inconvenient than just getting my physical card out of my wallet. My phone is locked so why does my app need to be locked as well??
Finally optimized for 5.8 display!
Wow this app finally looks and feels like it’s no longer out of 1996. It looks much cleaner and feels faster and more fluid. I still don’t particularly like it, but we have to use it so it’s fine. At least it’s functional and I can easily put money on my ID card and it’s way more stable. My only gripe still is that my picture is stretched so my head looks skinny and weird, but I’m a senior now so I’ll almost never have to see it again.
