Trying to cancel my subscription I’m having so much trouble. I can’t get in touch with anybody and it’s not on the Apple app to cancel your subscription. I guess I’m just gonna have to cancel my card to get rid of it.
Glitch
I was watching a video, and it froze. My WiFi was not the problem. If I pay a fee monthly, I expect to watch the videos. If I need to do more, I will delete.GET RID OF THE NORMAL ONIMOLY
Can’t access my account Facebook sign doesn’t Work!!!
For the past 2 weeks I have not been able to sign in(facebook sign in not an option. When use apple my account (subscription) does not show up. Paying for no access.
Beware auto renew
Canceling this app does not stop them from continuing to charge weekly. Charges continue for weeks unless blocked. They cannot be reached by phone or email.
Difficult to cancel
None of the contacts on the app actually work, which is sketchy and difficult if you want to reach out about any issues. Regret downloading

There’s this glitch that charges me twice and it keeps happening even when I cancelled the subscription. You better get back to me and fix this issue or I’ll have my lawyer deal with you.

Do not click on anything you can’t stop a subscriber not matter how you try. I’m going to have to cancel my card and have a new one delivered . A nightmare!
Did not allow to watch
Paid for the weekly subscription watched for a bit. Came back to finish the show I was watching and now it’s saying I didn’t pay for it! I have my apple receipt. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in nothing. Very disappointed

I wish I read the recent reviews :( I didn’t get what I paid for and it’s so hard to contact support. Reporting this to Apple Support because it’s not fair
Paid for premium, Didn’t receive
The price at 20$ a week is already insanely high for the offering. But I paid it only for it to not reflect in my account. I have all the receipts and charge to my card but can’t watch the shorts. I am very upset. No good way to contact them or anything.
