Good game. It lines up the shots but it’s up to you to use english to give you a shot on the next shot. Makes your brain work a little and teaches you what and how to use english. Good luck, see you there.
Glitch with Scratching
In multiplayer mode, if you scratch after hitting the correct ball, the app says, jaw is snookered instead of recognizing
the scratch. It then requires the next player to shoot, even though the cue ball is still in the pocket.

This game is incredible. I already had a pretty good cue ball positioning skill set when I started the game three years ago, but now my QP is banging

A pretty decent pool game
i’ve played a lot of competitive pool over the past three or four decades, eight ball tournaments local nine ball tournaments in Vegas. I’ve actually won a few lost more than my fair share and this game is adequate but not perfect. By any means I guess that’s why I’m only giving it three stars. If I see improvements with some updates, I’ll change my review or update it at that point anyway, it’s a good time passer worth the download

Interesting
I’m an avid pool player. I’ve been playing for over 4 decades. I love the concept of this game where it’s all about English and how hard you hit the ball however, there are shots the game can’t seem to aim automatically where I am adjusting my shot. Now and then when I know for a fact it will go in it somehow seems to miss, when my opponent (me playing single player against the game) makes some shots where his cue placement after the shot should have been in a bad spot somehow seems to have some magical spin on it that will just do happen to leave them with a very makeable shot in which he makes the 8 or is able to aim the shot (I would have to do myself) rendering it an easy shot. I wish there was a replay option on this game to be able to watch it again but unfortunately there isn’t. Don’t get me wrong, I love the challenge and the concept. It is well done however I wish it wasn’t unbelievable at times.

Disappointed
Game was good until I got a new phone now I can’t retrieve my account I spent real money on but was able to retrieve account that I did not spend real money on. Stay away terrible rip off company they need to be removed from App Store.

Hi, sorry you are having problems retrieving your account and for the late reply. If you contact us on customersupport@matchplaygames.com we can help you retrieve your account. Account retrieval is done via a PIN which is displayed when an Online account is made. This PIN and is also available in the Settings. Note, the PIN changes every time it is used for security. Hope this helps.
Pretty good Pool game
I like playing against other players online.
The biggest complaint I have is that it doesn’t recognize the difference between UK 8 ball rules and the rules the rest of the world plays by. Specifically, in the 1-15 ball version of 8 ball in this game, it is called a foul to pot an opponent’s ball, even if the shot is legal otherwise. That’s a UK 8ball rule. But not for anyone else. Developers, keep that rule for the red/yellow version, but please dump it in the numbered ball version.
