Making this free does’t make it better. I’m really not happy that I gave away my personal information to this company… for NOTHING.
The overall UI looks fine… and that’s where it ends.
Nearly every feature is frustrating or counter-intuitive to find and use, there are too many widgets, and how can there be a ‘Friends’ tour without making clear how to invite/incorporate friends?
Honestly: it feels like a Senior Project that never got finished. While the app has promise, it needs someone dedicated to making it work on a full-time basis… most frustrations I’ve uncovered should be simple code fixes.
Why they would advertise in the NA BMW MOA mag is beyond me.

Has it improved recently ?
I used it four years ago and it was less than adequate. I saw in the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America Owner news for January and February 2024 that it is now free for MOA members.
