Attack speed deleted
Started the game, and went to look at my inventory, everything was gone/ deleted but my chair. Now I cant progress since I don’t have the attack speed controller and the boxes give the same thing over and over. I have to rely on the flamethrower getting stronger since everything else shoots slow. How do I restart?

I haven’t gotten on to this game for a few weeks to a month now and when I got back, all my progress has been deleted… just why.
Complete ripoff
Game stops working for a few weeks every week or so since I started playing. Not a reliable developer.
Scam
Reinstalled after a month or so, all progress and in app purchases are gone, support doesn’t respond to emails and game servers give me a perpetual connection error when I try and synchronize my progress.

Второй раз прохожу игру почти до конца, после чего в какой-то момент ставновится невозможно зайти в игру. Переустановка в первый раз снесла прогресс. Ожидание обновления во второй также сбросила прогресс. Особенно обидно, когда вложил реальные деньги в игру. 1 звезда. Не рекомендую с скачиванию.

Game won’t open
Now a couple months that the game hasn’t opened. Which is annoying since I spent the money on the add free pack
Grindy and no support
Played the game for several months. Not completely pay to win, but certainly to progress more end game. Emailed support two times ask for help with an app problems and not being able to sign in. No response. I’ve invested money into the game and ultimately deleted because they don’t respond to problems.

Great game but it keeps breaking around level 280.
Phenomenal game but this is the second time the game has broken around level 280 for me and now it will not load anymore. 2nd time! But still an amazing game! PLEASE FIX THIS!!

So I downloaded this game, as it looked quite promising, and it won’t even load on my iPad. Wounded. The customer support looks very long winded, also not very good, hence the one star rating 🙂↕️🙂↔️

They did something 3 weeks ago and you can’t get into the game anymore. Just get stuck at the loading screen. RIP to what was a fun game.

Spent 150$+ on this game and one day I can’t log in anymore, tried multiple times and all my progress has been reset and everything is gone
Functionality
I always loved this game. For over a year I had played religiously, the slow progression was fun to chip away at. However, due to poor game support and server maintenance, all progress has been lost. Progress had been synchronized to the cloud but was somehow saved over from scratch. Are the developers done with supporting this app? Quite saddening.

Lost my account today for no reason (SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST)
Today the game reset on me after months of playing and spending money on this game, the support does not exist I’ve reached out in the past multiple times and never got a response back, and today I just realized the game scammed me out of my whole account. Can support reach out and fix this please?
