I can’t get in the game
For some reason I can’t play the game even I delete many times please help me and tell me what to do to so play I can play.
What happened?
When I first downloaded this game, it was during the ToG x Max Level Newbie event in 24’; however, I deleted it because I didn’t play it for a little while afterwards. I redownloaded it today (12/29/25), and nothing is loading up, I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game when I had it, but now I can no longer play this game. What happened?

When I open the game, it gets stuck on that city-like background (this has been happening for days). Also, when are we getting new content? Why did Hero Cantare have to be canceled if you’re not going to keep this game updated?
Can’t log in
Haven’t been able to log in for the past three days and the support portal is either down or won’t let me submit a request. I’ll update once the issue is resolved

Good game, love the graphics, art, and the pretty accurate storyline as an avid TOG fan, but please update the game or maybe add some new features or this game will die, which would be a shame.. <3

Plz add more characters
The game was fun when I started playing it but I just kept getting better and better until it just wasn't fun. I like the summon animation but they have not came out with any new characters and I gave up on the game bacuse it got boring.

Game hasn’t had a meaningful update in half a year. No aspiration, just stagnation and the global playerbase has dwindled to maybe 500 people.

I really hope this game really excels I’ve played so many gacha games this one by far my favourite graphic arts gameplay and options! Really similar to hero cantare
Good game
The game is really fun the characters are really cool. I recommend playing you don't really get to control the characters and what they do. They do have special moves if you get the game. I hope you have fun and give it good reviews.
Won’t Load
I recently redownloaded the game hoping to play again, however, it won’t load regardless of what I do.
I respect the idea
Personally, i love tower of god, and i would love to see a game about it. This has nice graphics and all, just the story messed me up. Like the fact that yuri goes to help him with the eel, and that he gets transported to the rice pot right after the eel. Its a good idea, and i love the idea of a TOG themed hero collector RPG, but this is just both too focused on the story to be a good hero collector, and too far off of the story to be a story based RPG.

Game just stuck on black screen won’t load
Sad I can’t play on my phone currently because when loading in game it’s just a black screen and freezes
Infinite loading screen glitch
I downloaded the game, opened it, saw some names then a loading screen. I waited and waited and nothing happened, I tapped the screen and saw a little blue click effect but that’s it. Literally nothing else, I even closed it and opened it, then deleted and redownloaded but nothing works
