Tower Staff Solutions is a privately owned Company, founded by Dean Small, Managing Director, in 2005 predominately specialising in LGV Cat. C+E & C Drivers. After subsequent growth, Dean's wife Kayleigh joined the team in 2009 making Tower Staff a family run Business.
Our aim for the App, is to bring our driver recruitment business into the 21st century. For our existing drivers it’s an easier way to communicate, be it sending timesheets, availability or uploading licence changes etc. And, for drivers new to Tower, we’ve made the process easier to join. For drivers that are wanting the odd shifts or a change of company, this App will allow us to send you job opportunities that you ordinarily wouldn’t have seen before.
