Unplayable
At least offer a paid option so we don’t have to watch 2 minute adds after 1 minute of gameplay. Horrible
Good game tm adss
The game is entertaining but way to much adds that last longer than the play time, simply not worth the time
Entertaining but swingy
Gameplay: 4/5
Ads: 2/5
Unlockable method: 3/5
Level speed: 5/5
Fairness: 2/5
I downloaded this game and played through the first 100 campaign levels, as well as being forced into the first handful of Secret Missions, Event levels, and PvP levels.
The real game is identical to the ad, which is a nice change. You have to plan out your strategy and connect your towers in order to conquer the level, all while combating up to three other armies. There are fun level additions such as mine obstacles, wall obstacles, and building resource piles. You must figure out how to connect and grow your towers and link them to tank factories, auto-turret towers, and even missile silos! It really was quite fun.
My biggest complaints are the ads and the swinginess of the levels.
I know Tower War is free to play, so they have to show ads. But ads are EVERYWHERE! After levels, when unlocking new soldiers, after event and secret mission levels, to improve your rewards from a level…it’s close to overwhelming.
In the gameplay, there are several levels in the first 100 where you can try the level two, three, even four times and lose, and then magically the exact same strategy wins you the level. It’s not predictable and the strategy is sound, but maybe the enemy AI had a big breakfast before that attempt, or their tank factory was running slowly - there’s no rhyme or reason to why the same game plan suddenly works.

5.0 but….
After every game, you have to click 5-10 times to exit each of two ads.
I spend twice as much time ignoring ads them playing the game.
I am surprised; this strategy can only hurt advertisers since users are taught over and over how to ignore ads while being frustrated to wait for the ad to end, even to the point where users are too frustrated with the ad to consider getting the app being advertised.

Saw an ad on facebook for the game it said no ads. Played for 20 minutes, ran into a forced ad, deleted the game
