I’ll press 1 star as many times as it takes for it to stick because I don’t think the App Store is allowing anymore bad reviews to go through bad service you may get a polite lady driver if you don’t tip the drivers if you do tip you get the vulture people will know who (Albany area) 60% of the time the order is wrong or non existent once ordered from hungry jacks 80% of the order was missing I like to support the drivers but at least tell me who I’m tipping before I tip them because this is ridiculous and when I wanted a refund for a wrong order I was left on read. If this review doesn’t go through I know the owners of several of these restaurants and I’ll tell them to back out of the app then rent a light sighn on Albany highway that says town around is a scam

Bad time.
I would not recommend. It took 3 hours to get my food here.
Glitching
This app does nothing but glitch out. When I place an order it glitches and takes me to my Home Screen and gets rid of my whole order.. it’s been doing this for about a year now so I have no idea what’s going on
Support local - yeah right!
We have been long time perserveres with this app and it’s now become a joke. Half the time none of the vendors are available (Town Around technical issues). We’ve been undercharged (by them!) and then had the app locked for orders and orders cancelled by Town Around for orders which the vendors aren’t even receiving! We’ve had a gut full!

Terrible App. Zero stars
Placed my first order with a restaurant and it wasn’t accepted by the restaurant. It kept showing as Pending. Eventually I cancelled the order to go to a restaurant in person and was charged a 10% cancellation fee! The restaurant hadn’t even accepted the order. I contacted Town Around and have received no response. They are thieves. Don’t use this app.

Even if this is your only option, reconsider!
Horrible experience. Customer support was non-existent and tried to have a go at me, when I literally had just shown a photo that my order was incorrect. Wish I could attach a screenshot it was that appalling. Driver was slow (even with a tip) and had to confirm address again an hour after order placed; don’t blame him one bit.
App is clunky as anything and support is not reliable.
Food took over an hour to arrive from close by and needless to say was not worth the money. Never again.
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone at this stage.

You will literally wait hours for your food
Constantly never updates with correct restaurants. Go and order then tells you it is not available to deliver.

The app don’t work , I can’t login in because it doesn’t recognise my email but I can’t open a new account because they allready got my email . When the order arrive that was the wrong one and of course we can’t get them on the phone to tell them as the number the restaurant got is the wrong one

Two and a half hours to get my food, the same response from the restaurant and the customer support, “ we are busy leave your message in the chat box” ridiculous response and I’ll never use it again. Over $100 of food ordered and I’m still waiting

GPS is constantly wrong. My deliveries are ending up 2 streets away.

Horrible!
The app was constantly faulty very delayed with GPS and picking up location. The prices for delivery are ridiculous and a service fee on top of that!!! Customer support was rude and take over a day to respond to a refund request. Easier and less hassle picking up my own take away then using this app !!!!!!

The app itself works fine. Pitty that you can’t actually place a delivery order because they are ONLY DOING PICKUP!! What’s the point??

Learn to code
I’ve opened your app about four times. None of them have been a good experience. The worst is having to login every fkn time. Learn to write an app, I’ll pay $20 delivery if it’s seamless. Until then go find a better use of your time.
