Incapable
The app continues to show a prompt saying “The drive store has been deactivated due to the following reason(s): credit_hold” when I call the Town center Va Beach location they have no assistance for the app and will not render the apps sale prices. This app is incapable of completing orders.
Crashing after iOS 18 update
App is crashing after you order since the iOS update. The order goes thru but it crashes as soon as you hit place order

Consistently great food and drinks, the staff is delightful! The smoothie bowls and oatmeal bowls are delicious and my favorite drink is the Toffee frozen!!!
Never works
I can never use my rewards because the app always throws errors. I always get too frustrated and cancel my order. It’s been like this for months.
Nice app, great store
I really love TCCP. Having an app to place orders is great. I love that pretty much everything can be customized. At the point of payment I wish the app did not require a CVV code - that’s makes it less convenient since I now have to dig for my card.

Easy to use and Mobile app
This is a easy way for me to order my favorite items quickly and I love that it saves my “complicated” order :) so that I can always get it right each time.
New App no better than old app so far
New app won’t display correctly on my iPhone. I hated the old app. I hate the new app in completely different ways.
