Notifications/Alerts
Weβve enjoyed and appreciated this app. from the moment it was first out.
I know personnel recently changed with whoever puts out the notices. Please return to putting π©ππ π¨π₯ππππππ π©π€π¬π£/π«ππ‘π‘πππ in the headline/title of the alert(i.e., Road Hazzard-St. James).
My family and I have this app for the traffic alerts. However, theyβve become less helpful and more cumbersome. No specific towns and only street names make it challenging, along with having to read the entire message to realize it doesnβt pertain to me. Itβs just not as efficient.
Please and thank you! :-)

Whereβs my notifications?
V 4.0.1. I used to get notifications, then they stopped. iPhone 13. All notifications are βallowedβ in both app and phone settings. I deleted and re-installed the app. No joy. Itβs too bad as I once found the notifications useful.

Do not upgrade
Stay with the old version on the app. I recently updated and I regret it. The best part of the old app was the Public Safety updates which now are not usefully. They appear on the Home Screen but are not clickable to view the entire message. You now have to drill down to read the full message.

lacking functionality
The idea that the app can send notifications is great, but why canβt the app allow me to submit service requests or request information to the town? This app is a great start would love to see an upgrade!
