Awesome app

Great interface, parked easy

Awesome app

The new app is user friendly and very easy to understand. When I am traveling, I look for Towne locations to park in for easy use, fair prices and close proximity

Great app and company

Love the update! Thank you for listening to feedback!

Fantastic

Easy to use and I love the new look!

Scam

These parking lots scam you out of money. It charges you $28 for the first two hours and says it will be $10 for each additional hour. When you go to add time and scan the QR code it just charges you the same amount again. It doesn’t let you add additional time for the lesser amount. Of course there’s no attendant and no number to call because they’re cheap and probably don’t hire real employees. I’ll be disputing this charge with my bank. This should be illegal.

Terrible Parking App! Don’t Use It!

DO NOT use this app! It won’t let you park for less than 2 hours, and it charges $37 for 2 hours, which is ridiculous when I only needed to park for 1 hour. The app also glitches literally every few seconds. It couldn’t locate me even though my location services were on, so I had to manually search for the location. Even when I finally got to the payment screen, it kept glitching. Such a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.

App is awful

We paid for 2 hours through the website and then when we went to extend it, instead of charging us the $8 an hour, it charged us the $27 again. App is awful. They should be able to save the information based off the license plate. Used this app to park at Siesta Key. It’s awful. I ended up paying $54 for parking for 4 hours.

WARNING - 12% surcharge to use this App

Skip the App find the meter. This should be illegal!

Poor product.

QR scan for paying initially, however if you would like to extend time it forces you to download the application. Then it charges double if service is low or application closes out. I wouldn’t risk it.

Junk

This shouldn’t exist. Purposely limited web app to remove basic functionality forcing this download. I had to use it, but it’s uninstalled.

Crashes immediately after credit card charge is approved, then has no way to contact anyone for help

Needed to pay for parking. First, it was eye-wateringly expensive, but not the app’s fault. Downloaded the app, set up an account, and put in my license plate. All good so far. Went to pay, and it happily approved my Apple Pay. Moments after that, the app threw an error and said I should use the code it provided when talking with tech support. There is no apparent way to contact tech support. It says I have no active parking sessions, but the charge is still pending on my account. I guess I’ll see in a few days if they push through the charge. So that’s at least 30 minutes wasted.

Charged three times three different cities

This app is a fraud. It charged me, then cried error, never logged my park and there is no way to contact customer service.

Enables shady parking operators

Sets high min pricing

App doesn’t work

App will not find parking lot that is near me. Had to walk to QR code on sign at lot and start a new parking session. App is worthless

Garbage

Doesn’t work. Continues showing a parking session that isn’t mine. Won’t pull up an actual location.
