Does not work at all. Have to log in on desktop to access anything, can’t change password, email and phone not found, etc.
Useless much like the HOA
The app opened and was unable to be used like the previous reviews stated. Avoid this app and use the website. Best to avoid HOAs completely.
Worthless. Absolutely worthless
Signed in to my pre-existing Towne account. Am greeted (on iPhone 13, iOS 18.3.2) with a screen that is not sized to my device, unresponsive to any touch or input, and 100% garbage. Worse than useless. Even a static image of the (complete) Home Screen would be better, because at least I would be able to see that.
I can’t believe that a rep at Towne just suggested I could use this junk to interact successfully with them.
I have used the website owners portal successfully. I imagine that the idea was to have a handy way to do that on a phone, but that is not the result. Instead I am just disappointed in Towne Properties yet again, in a whole new way.
Is there anyone competent at that place?

Unusable
Does not work anymore on Apple IPhone. Log in to a frozen screen.

This app is literally useless. Do not bother downloading it. It doesn’t work. Horrible company
Functionality
The app went down several months ago and is unusable don’t waste your time. Downloading it because they don’t seem like they wanna fix it.
