Not happy with using this app being charged a $5 fee for using debit and then when I put my bank details they wanted my log why are you asking for my bank log in information to add my bank account and routing number

Maintenance is always here the next day! The app works great. Keeps a log of all the maintenance history that we put in. We pay our rent on this app, usually we never have a problem. And we can see all the future events on this app!
Not happy
The service fee is outrageous and so is the monthly rent. Paying for things I donβt even use.

Payment methods
The bank payment method donβt work right and it lacks the ability to do split payments which would make things a lot easier to pay to split things up over the month to get ahead.

Not for Houses
Despite being a hardly usable app with a horrible UI design, this app is only for apartment tenants. I was hoping to pay my HOA dues, view announcements, contact for help, etc. but there are zero capabilities of this sort for homes.
Takes way to long to load
Every time I try to log in to pay rent it takes over 30 minutes to log in.
FIX THE APP!!!!
I have issues trying to make rent payment in this APP every single month. It takes me multiple tries to login and or move between screens. Giving you my money shouldnβt be this difficult. Your App is wasting my time!! FIX IT!!
Not user friendly
This app is not user friendly. I have to try to sign in multiple times before I can actually pay rent.
The first time I put a payment in my account it put a debit card as a credit card which has much higher fees.
My property management knows nothing about how when it why it works.
Iβm not a boomer but this app makes me feel like one.

Horrible
When signing on to the appβ¦.. well thatβs as far as I get. The sign on page. I put in my info and hit submit and it just spins and spins. Never signs me in. At first it took forever to finally connect and sign in. After 2 months it just spins. Itβs not my connection either, because Iβve tried Wi-Fi/no Wi-Fi and itβs the same.

Only accepts 1 bank. Annoying to navigate. Frustrating user interface. Almost not worth the trouble.
