在主目錄中，「重設家中煤氣錶」和「報錶紀錄」兩個按鍵位置太接近，好易㩒錯，建議把「重設家中煤氣錶」按鍵移位

工能太少了，傳送慢

Cant connect
App is probably made by university student or graduate trainee. Cant even display the name of the ssid wifi name and the password you input.
更新後故障
更新完之後就入唔到，一開就卡死咗，出一個冇內容嘅確認視窗。然後進入到主畫面，錯誤取消原有煤氣錶之後，每次想加回煤氣錶都會出現無法連接伺服器的錯誤訊息。

Readings cannot sync to the acc
Been a Towngas user for a year, the app’s reading did not link to the Towngas acc and when we received the most recent bill, they charged me 10 times the regular charges, saying I didn’t report the readings for half a year hence they did a recalculation.
The readings are all stored in the app and CS says they cannot see any of the readings reported. This app is simply trash and will cause an outrageous gas bill. Will give zero stars if possible.
