For some reason this app is dropping all heavy traffic and standstill traffic as wrecks today. This has never happened before so there must be a bug.

Doesn’t respond when trying to get help they always say contact you send and email and never get back to you with issues they know about and don’t correct

App not working properly
Lately I haven’t been getting notifications, kept updating, closing the app and reopening, still no incidents, this has caused me to miss many events.

Because of the lack of support I’ve started to develop my own app with better features and will charge operators half the price

This is not worth it. You go to a vehicle in the vehicle is not even there less than three minutes. It was probably a car that just stopped there and notified you guys and it wasn’t even no service there so that makes you just run around like a chicken with your head cut off looking for calls so yes, it’s not worth it

Have everything set up for it to show me alerts on my lock screen but for some reason last it has not been doing it I don’t even here the alert sound
