Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery was founded in 2003 by Dr. Jennifer Parker Porter in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The practice offers surgical and nonsurgical facial plastic surgery treatments to patients in Maryland and the surrounding areas. The app allows users to schedule last minute appointments for Botox® , Jeuveau®, or Dysport® treatments with facial plastic surgeons and contact or get directions to the practice. The Tox2GO app also allows future patients to learn more about the practice and procedures available.
