I paid the £4.99 for the 1 day special offer to remove adds and receive tickets and cash, but that hasn’t happened. Disappointed ☹️

I love this game… but I’ve bought ads free and still have to watch 30 to get to next shop and watching them I freeze up every time. Please fix at least the freezing and less ads to lvl up things would be nice to
