“Something’s Not Right”
Something’s not right, that’s for sure! A little less than six months after we bought the printer for our son, it won’t print for him anymore. Every time he prints, it tells us, “Something’s not right” and shuts off. The app isn’t helpful at all and customer service simply offers solutions that do not work, and they keep them coming until your warranty is expired. Once that happens, they try to get you to buy a new printer or, hilariously, a refurbished printer. Just an absolutely atrocious customer service experience. Also, the best part? My warranty wasn’t expired when I originally reached out! Liars and con artists.

Great device!!
I love my TOYBOX . I have been using it over a year now and just got a second one. It may not have the versatility of my bambulab H2C but it’s a solid machine. It prints most files smoothly that don’t even need sanding. Of course some files print rougher and with errors. Not usually the fault of the printer. It’s easiest use so I can teach my 5 and 7 year old grandchildren to use it with minimal help. A great variety of files on the site and you can import some or make your own with the provided software. I use it and my H2C constantly. You won’t be disappointed if you just read the directions it’s easy to

I’ve had this printer for 2 years and it’s been a waist of time and money because they over price there printer food and printers my friend got one literally the size of 5 of the TOYBOX baseplate even if u wanna get this as a starter printer don’t because most of the time all the prints that I make fail mark your days TOYBOX
