Not working since March 2026
This app no longer works since March 2, 2026. They claim that they are working on a fix. It’s been over 4 months now…

Can't get past registering
Can't access app at all. Tried entering vin via scan in app or manual typing and it simply doesn't enable the next button. Not much else to say as simply can't use the app.

The app needs update
The app needs updates. First of all it’s so slow, it should be faster . Then it should save my requirements such as cooling the seats. What happens to me is that every time I have to turn it on otherwise it will heat the seats. Also why I can’t unlock the doors? The app only locks the doors.
Why the app doesn’t work out side Qatar???
Last is the notifications I have to delete each message, there should be a select all as other apps has so I can delete easly.

Horrible
Completely stupid! In order to register you have to have purchased your vehicle from a dealership AND they would have had to input the info for your vehicle. Absurd!
Who is this app for?
As a rightful owner i can’t register!
Mediocre at Best
I love being able to turn on my AC before I get in my car. Unfortunately this app only works sometimes. I think you should make sure it works all the time please.

It Doesn’t Work!
worked since April first. I’ve contacted the dealership and figured out how to call Toyota Connect on my own. We’ve deleted it. Rewrote it. Everything. It still says the Toyota Connect still says expired even though it supposed to be good until March 2026. I’m thoroughly disgusted
Doesn’t recognize login
After the update the app doesn’t recognize my login. Don’t waste your money on a subscription.

Could be better.
The only use I have for this app is remote start. It’s extremely slow navigating through the app.
