TPC Field

TPC Field is a business fieldwork app for authorised users of the Total Property Compliance (TPC) platform. It allows field teams to access assigned jobs, complete site tasks, capture evidence, add notes and sync completed records with TPC Core. ACCESS TPC Field is a workplace tool. Sign-in details (phone number and PIN) are issued by your organisation's admin team. There is no self-signup — if your organisation does not use the TPC platform, you will not be able to log in. WHAT IT DOES • Your day, ready to go — jobs assigned by your admin team appear in your list with the site address and task details • Complete structured task forms on site — readings, checks, notes and signatures • Capture photo evidence with your phone camera, attached directly to the job record • Works with patchy signal — entries are saved on the device and synced when you are back on data • Submit completed work to your admin team for review • Clear job status at every step: scheduled, in progress, submitted, approved BUILT FOR SITE CONDITIONS Plant rooms, basements, stairwells and other places where signal drops. Your work is captured locally first and queued, then synced automatically when connection returns. A sync status view shows exactly what is on the device and what has reached base.
