I worked 4 shifts at Veho Tampa and every one is extremely pleasant except for Mike, the functionality of the app itself is low quality. If your requested to come in your consider late, if your cancel a shift your suspended for a week, if you show up on time and are told your not needed your not compensated. So please be very aware of how Traba does business or lack there of.

They’ll post shifts, but you’ll never get them.
I’ve been to one of their jobs and there was more illegals than American citizens. Which is cool, okay. I’m first generation American. But why, why even bother posting shifts you’ll never be able to book. Because someone’s already joined it. You they’d take it off. Very misleading app that I’m almost convinced is stealing Americans identity to employ illegals. App completely sucks

It’s no longer worth it.
Initially i liked it, i thought it was convenient, because AT FIRST it was .. It seems like overtime there started being less and less jobs. The app seemingly glitches a lot, SOMETIMES i’ll get notified there’s a shift available, apply to the shift, then suddenly the shift i waitlisted would end up being available, i move quickly to accept it, then im redirected to going back on a waitlist. The metrics rating is horrible, if there’s more jobs you’ve been to with little to NO blocks (when a company can block you for any reason with no explanation) in case you want to know where you went wrong with a company you’ve been consistently going to, your performance rating will drop extremely low off of 1 block, imagine 2 even if these blocks are years apart.. the blocks don’t even get removed if there’s been time in between and you won’t see the job posted anymore anyway. I used to like it but there’s hardly ANY JOBS AVAILABLE. The only thing this app had on its competitors were same day pay, but now other apps are doing that as well.

Obviously the app “Traba” is short for a Spanish word “trabajo” meaning “work”. So they manipulate the app. Good luck if you’re an American with this app.

No money
I worked 5-6 days at Holman Logistics and didn’t get paid any money at all…even said they sent it and gave Traba all kinds of technical information about myself including bank account number. Now I worked and am in the negative in my bank account…thanks for nothing Adam S Black

I’ve never seen an app that you can’t accept any jobs. They send them to you, but you have to go on a waitlist to get them. and every job has to have an interview. I have applied to 10 different jobs on this app and not one time been able to work. This app sucks. I recommend you finding work elsewhere also a simple background check takes a month so I suggest if you have bills to pay go to another app cause this on is trash

No Jobs Available
Everyday since 2/2026 they never have any jobs available to work at. I applied to a job back in march & it says application STILL pending. What a waste of time. 👎👎

Is not professional at all.
They send you to companies that will over work you, and in the companies everyone haves a green card or work illegally but then get hired by the company staff. Then give you a bad reputation and the HR on traba well let’s just say you can’t get in contact with them ever. Even the HR people need or have green cards is crazy how USA be hiring these people instead of Americas.

Not worth it
This app chat lacks common sense. This app is rude and very incompetent. They never seem to have a logic explanation nor answer. The company we work for is saying one thing while the other saying another. They are slow when it comes to it paying. Times sheet are submitted but no one has been paid. All these apps are pure trash’s. Don’t deny it or I’ll post the screenshots of you plying with people pay. Sick of this app

I like Traba they never let me down I depend on it paying in full my rent there is always shift

Cool app if you need a side hustle or work but the app is horrible in my opinion from the repeated calls and how long it takes to get help from someone
Traba allows discrimination
Often there are job listings in Spanish only which means they aren’t interested in hiring English speakers. This is problematic because it is common practice for Hispanics to gatekeep job opportunities for others. Often times these warehouses are filled with one demographic and since this app is a way to bypass the same hiring criteria as a regular job opening that is a cheat code for illegals.

Good app, a lot of shifts unlike some other apps where one never gets a shift. I do hope Traba fixes the instant pay issue, one review I read that it takes a long time to get the pay, so please fix that issue other wise 9/10 app! Thank you Traba.
Fix these error bugs
I’m grateful that apps like this but I have my problems. Everytime I try to sign up for an application and apply for shift, it somehow ends with an error and I end up not getting the job. Only time I even get work if there’s a random spot and the company needs someone at the last minute. Also, it would be nice if I didn’t have to do a phone call interview over and over again for a shift that I already done before. Please fix these issues, Traba.
