Great app
This is a really cool idea for a tracking app. Very native ui, can make any properties you want, flexible enough for anything really!
One downside is that it has not been updated in a couple years and has some bugs
- when inputting into a text field which is near the bottom of the screen, it is impossible to edit the text, as the keyboard dismisses itself on scroll it seems (when the field tries to adjust itself to the keyboard
- date input auto dismisses when you select any time even if you want to keep adjusting it
Overall this is awesome

Very good but buggy
Really genuinely find this useful
i wish it was not in 24 hour clock format
and that when trying to slide to select the time, it would stop taking me out when i swipe only one section of the hour or minute
Would like if the Long Text descriptions and Multiple Choice options that were selected were easier to view in full.

A handy app
Two things I would like to see added, as a photographer keeping track of film. One, to be able to sort tracks by ascending time, and two, a new field type which records the current GPS coordinates.
6 Stars, if allowed
Flexible enough to apply to almost anything, in my case, tracking when medications were taken. Of specific note is the ability to edit-again for me-to add to a tracked item. IE: original field “IBUPROFEN”. Two days later I realized I should have named it “IBUPROFEN/800mg.
