Auto-Record captures your drives, rides and walks in the background — you review them later and keep the ones you want. Prefer to stay hands-on? A lighter mode just reminds you to press Record when you're on the move. Also new: • Auto mode — just hit Record and go. No more picking Walking or Driving first: Auto handles any trip, from a stroll to a highway drive, and the speedometer and route colors adapt to your pace as you move. You can always name the activity later from the trip itself. • The speedometer fits your trip now: it starts at a sensible range and grows as you speed up. Set your own speed limit and everything above it shows red. • Distance is more accurate, especially on walks, runs and curvy routes. Lost GPS shows as a gap, not a made-up straight line. • iCloud sync is faster and more reliable. • Optional evening summary of your day's trips. • Refreshed colors and lots of small fixes.
