TRACE Walks

Walk every street of your city. TRACE turns your walks into a map that fills itself in. Every street you walk lights up, every street you finish turns gold, and you can see exactly how much of your city you have explored — street by street, neighbourhood by neighbourhood. WALK, AND WATCH YOUR MAP GROW • Start a walk and TRACE records your route, even with your phone locked • Streets light up as you walk them and turn gold when you complete them • See your progress for every city and neighbourhood you visit • Distance, time, pace and steps for every walk, on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island too • Fair play: only streets you cover on foot count, so no cars or bikes on the leaderboards DISCOVER WHAT'S AROUND YOU • Museums, monuments, parks, cafés and bars on your map • Tap a place for opening hours, the address, its website and the story behind it KEEP YOUR STREAK GOING • Walk every day to build your streak • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your streak and your week at a glance • An evening reminder when your streak is on the line • Earn badges for distance, streets, cities, streaks and a few secret ones WALK WITH FRIENDS • Follow friends and see their walks in your Activity feed • Give high fives and share your walks as images • Your routes stay private: friends only ever see the numbers TRACE+ Go further with TRACE+: • Plan a walk: routes by distance, steps or a set number of streets you haven't walked yet, with turn-by-turn directions • Themed walks past sights, landmarks, parks, cafés or pubs — or mix your own • Streak freezes and streak repair • Full statistics for every week, month and year • Leaderboards for every city and country you've walked in, and the world • Year in review, heatmap, GPX export and map colour themes Recording walks, your street map, places, streaks, badges and friends are free forever.
