About

TraceLens turns the workouts already stored in Apple Health into insights you can actually use — no social feed, no leaderboards, no accounts. Every run, ride, walk and hike you have recorded lives in Apple Health. TraceLens reads that data — route, pace, heart rate, elevation — and gives it a calm, clear place to live. Open your list, tap any workout, and see what happened and why. ROUTES THAT TELL STORIES See any route on a map, with pace, heart rate and elevation curves you can scrub. Drag the cursor and the map follows — find the exact moment that hill broke your pace. COMPARE WITHOUT THE ANXIETY Put two or three workouts side by side and compare distance, time, pace, heart rate and ascent, with weather context. No leaderboards. No competition. Just you versus you. TRENDS THAT SHOW PROGRESS Weekly, monthly and yearly summaries show whether you are training enough and getting faster. Daily distance bars, pace trends and period-over-period changes make the progress visible in the pattern, not in a single number. CARDIO FITNESS, TRACKED TraceLens reads the VO2 max samples Apple Health already stores and shows your cardio fitness level, so endurance gains show up over months, not days. BUILT ON APPLE HEALTH No new watch to buy, no account to create, no subscription to cancel. If you already record workouts with Apple Watch or your iPhone, your history is waiting for you. YOUR DATA, YOURS ONLY Everything is read from Apple Health and analyzed on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no ads, no tracking. Your training history never leaves your iPhone. Every route tells a story. Find yours.

What's New in TraceLens

1.0.4

October 4, 2026

v1.0.4 RECORDS, REBUILT A daily chart now sits above your workout list, so the shape of your week is visible at a glance. Activity filters let you focus on runs, rides, walks or hikes — and your defaults are remembered. FULL-SCREEN MAP Expand any route to full screen for a closer look at where your pace dropped and where it held. CARDIO FITNESS A cardio fitness level derived from the VO2 max samples in Apple Health, together with your age and sex profile. MORE ACCURATE PACE Fixed pace curves that flattened out at the end of a run once you slowed to a walk. Non-running movement is now excluded from pace, matching how Garmin and Strava report moving pace. CLEANER METRICS Better messaging when there is not yet enough data for a metric, and your metric selection now persists between launches.
