Needs work.
Tracfone seems to be a pretty legit company. They should be embarrassed by this international diaper app of theirs. You can’t edit recently called numbers to input the name of the contact. And the overall presentation of the app is very weak. Does not feel professional.
Doesn’t Work Anymore!!!
I can not sign-in and/or log-in anymore I keep trying and I get an error message all the time for the last few years now!!! It is a useless application! I Am A Very Unhappy Customer HERE!

Impossible to get past the registration screen on an iPhone.

Whenever I try registering with my phone number at the beginning, I get “An error has occurred while attempting to communicate with the service, try again later”
Not working at all
I have been trying to use this app and once it asks me for my phone number to active it, nothing happens. I already deleted it and downloaded again and still the same issue. It’s been months.

App Stopped Working for Calls To Mexico
App no longer works with calls to Mexico. It worked great for over a year, but after I upgraded to iOS 15.3 on my iPhone 6s it stopped working. I made several call to customer service, but they couldn’t help. It’s been over 2 months since then, and I’ve removed and reloaded the app several times. It still doesn’t work. I’ve paid into my international account and have to dial the int’l number each time and then have to manually dial the number of the person I’m trying to speak with. When is Tracfone going to fix this? This is terrible customer service. Tracfone Apps should be in lock-step with iPhone software upgrade.

iOS contacts not showing
I figured out that you need to include + symbol in front of contact phone number in order for it to display in app.. this is not necessary for android.
Basic app
Does not communicate with contacts on iPhone so you have to enter your long international number each time you call. Can not set favorites. Very basic app. The one for Android is a little better.
