It tracks well but that watermark is absolutely annoying and ill placed. There has to be a way to remove it!

You’re better off getting the Chase Robot from the same company.
To start with, on in iPhone 11 with the latest version of iOS, the app crashes a lot… And I mean a lot, especially when I go to record. secondly, there is a very annoying watermark on every video that I record with Track AI, and there seems to be no way to remove it, at least not that I’m aware of, and I would rather not crop it out in post/production.
I rated the app for 2 stars because even though the app is total garbage, the tripod head itself is a great candidate for tinkering. Perhaps I’ve finally found a use for some of my old RC car stuff.

Will only record with the apps watermark on your video
Well this was a big disappointment to be honest. Just bought the device and set it up only to have all the excitement destroyed the moment I opened the app and hit record. “Licence failed” then there’s your huge watermark that can’t be removed too. Quite sneaky, sneaking that in weren’t you. So I can only record videos with your watermark all over the video. Returning it first thing in the morning. Quite gutted to be honest. First time treating myself in years too!

BEWARE
All three apps don’t work with this. Why does everyone have this problem? Any five star reviews are just people saying great! Doesn’t make me believe those are even real. Tried to contact the chat button was not offered help. Would be nice to have some help with this actually working.

Okay so it is cheap …
Well after buying this I soon realised why it is cheap:
1) the face tracking is temperamental and keeps loosing the lock when moving only a little
2) the software often mirrors the image when using the front camera and so the mount turns the wrong way and looses your face
3) the mount is slow to turn … so looses your face
4) the software regularly crashes if you use photo mode rather than video mode
Overall:
Not worth the cheap price

Kinda works
It does kind of work but you have a huge watermark on your video & you have to use this app, also it doesn’t move up and down only left and right and it loses its target very easily.
User friendly
Bought for the teenager . Downloaded the ap to test as I wanted to trouble shoot should there be issues. Happy to report no issues

Doesn’t work in front camera
Front camera mode, face recognition doesn’t work. Object tracking freezes and crashes.
Front camera does work but renders are pixelated. Good if you got iPhone w a 1080p front facing camera since it does track if up close. But doesn’t track far away. Which is dumb and not usable. can’t track running or jogging just very slow movements. Hopefully ceo reads this because fixing these problems will make it a beast. Good idea but crappy tracking tech.
