Hopeless app
Events are not updated. State relays are on right now and I can see the results on the LAQ site, but nothing on this app. Waste of money!
Not worth the subscription
Don’t waste your money. No live results. Other timing setups that are free are much better

Should be able to get results immediately but some results come through and others not.

Pay a subscription to get full results of a meet. No results. Hopeless. L Thankfully I went with the monthly subscription. Have since cancelled

Poor app
Hard to find track info in the app, and when I upgraded my phone I could no longer access previous track results. I just cancelled and want my money back.
Absolutely the worst App ever
Wouldn’t even give it 1 star- have had nothing but trouble for 2 years- think I was only able to use it twice after hours of emails. Cannot even unsubscribe. Do yourself a favour- don’t go near it!

I downloaded the yearly and monthly and still not working. When I click on my daughters name, it shows the event, then says I must pay for results. Then it says sorry, you already have subscription. So basically, it takes your money and still don’t work. Oh, and it deserves less than a star!
Pricing model is terrible for what the app provides.
Stay away. Better to just have a spreadsheet for this price. Parents end up paying 100s of dollars to view a result.

This app keeps taking money from me and does not have any information related to in meet results. I have now paid the annual fee 5 times and when I try to see a result they say they need more money. This is a travesty. Joke. Sad. Ridiculous. I’m so upset I can’t speak. I’ve never commented on an app. This one is the worst.

Terrible
I don’t even want to give it one star. The search field does not work. I was looking for a race from last week and all it shows is one from 2017. You should at least be able to see one meet from this year! I even paid for the app. It sounds like you get more info- no results- if you don’t pay. TERRIBLE.

Very disappointing.
Says I need to pay for membership when I already did. Not able to pull up my kids times.
Paying to see track results!??
The track hosts had said that everybody’s results were going to be posted on this app so I download it and then when I try to look what scores I got on my events it says I need to pay! This is ridiculous and you also can’t even see what your team placed without paying as well. I am very disappointed.

Pay to see results? Are you kidding me...the search is bad, the app shows duplicate results and does not update. Once you find the results it wants you to pay for it! The teams already pay a huge entry fee!

I have gone around and around in circles for 4 months now with the company ACTIVE.com and Rachel Kong. Nothing has been resolved about the issue that my annual subscription that I have PAID for is not being recognised on the app. I’ve had this app for 2 years now and it worked perfectly for the first year, however upon renewal of the subscription, it seems to have taken my money and not recognised my subscription. In regards to the customer service, it has been very poor as they continually refer to take the same 6 steps, which obviously do not work.

Waste of money
Didn’t work. No matter what advise was given to fix issues the app still didn’t work correctly. Tried to get a refund !!!!!! Tried and tried and tried......
