I’ve had this app for a while now and it’s great for recording my drives in the mountains. I love seeing all the data and the map outline of your driving is great 👍. Best part for me is the dual recording so you can set your phone up to be a dash cam while also collecting data to reach faster speeds or just for curiosity. Definitely would recommend💯

Great lap timer app
I use this app to record my HPDE track sessions and it works great. Love the camera focus options and how simple and polished the UI is. Huge upgrade over the previous app I was using.
Made the switch to this app after years with another
Recently made the jump to TA just based on how easy it is to connect and use. Great data and presentation swayed me away from 6 years with track addict pro. Love Track Attack! on and off track
Awesome Autocross App
I have been trying several different apps for autocross video and run comparisons. This is the best one. It’s easy to set the start and finish lines, and the run comparison features are second to none.
Support is quick and on point. Having a custom autocross build with an engine swap was something they hadn’t seen yet when connecting a ODB2 data reader. They worked with me troubleshooting and updated the app to get it working. They care about their product and the user experience.
The video export is the cleanest and most professional looking.

By far THE best track app
Awesome functionality even without an (optional) OBD dongle. It perfectly does everything you’d want from a track app (dual video recording, lap times, map, etc) and is easy to use. Love it!
Great Track App, subscription model isn’t the greatest
This is a great app for recording track footage and times, and you can probably read a better description from other reviews. My caveat is the subscription model. As of April 2026, when you download the app you get a few free recording sessions, and afterwards you have to pay a subscription model for unlimited recording sessions. For someone who doesn’t go to the track that often, it’s annoying have to subscribe and unsubscribe every time I go to the track. I would much rather pay a flat rate of $ for xyz recording minutes.

Thanks for the review, glad you’re enjoying the app. The yearly option is there exactly for this: it’s cheaper overall and avoids having to manage subscriptions around each track day. In the context of track driving, the annual cost is small compared to even a single day on track. The subscription is what allows us to keep improving the app and provide ongoing support. We also don’t lock features or hide your data after a subscription ends. All your sessions remain fully accessible, unlike many other apps.
Sonoma Raceway
Used this at Sonoma and it works well. I used the standard version but will upgrade to pro next time out. The only issue I have is that the display shows the incorrect gear. 3rd gear shows 4th and 4th shows 5th. Otherwise I would say five stars. Hopefully the Pro version will correct that. 2019 Corvette Grand Sport.

Awesome lap timer
Shocked with how many features this app has. Extremely easy to use and UI makes pairing external GPS/OBD monitors an absolutely breeze. Can’t wait for external video import which I hear is coming soon. Also, looks like it will soon have simulated braking data acquired from G-force data which is fantastic. On top of that, the developer is super responsive and helpful!

Invaluable resource
Used this over the weekend at thunderhill west and it was great! After a bit of setup, I hit record and when I ended, it sorted all my laps with time and all the info you could want.
Big help and works well.
Had some issues connecting and was able to get it all sorted after contacting the dev. Lots of great info to let me know how and why to troubleshoot my issues. Immediately subbing to pro for the year for my first autox season.

Absolutely amazing app. Lap timer with customizable overlays, and, and, and VIDEO… also customizable. It gets no better.

Great user interface, videos look good. Output and upload right from your phone. Great value no need to pay unless you want to save more sessions.
Best Track recording app!
I’ve used and attempted to use many different kinds of devices and apps for recording my track sessions. None come close to the ease of use, simplicity and effectiveness of Track attack pro. The final output video is top tier and requires the least amount of work or setup to achieve. I just use my phone on a windshield mount, and my compatible OBD2 device, the app does the rest to create a clean, professional video broken down by lap! Bonus is that the developer is a track enthusiast himself, continues to add features to the app and is available to help users.

Amazing!
Amazing app! 100% recommend to people wanting to touge alone or with friends, it has a free roam/dash cam mode that’s amazing and it still records all your information unlike other apps.
Simple, robust, great dev
I used to use a far more complicated and cumbersome setup, but this app does what I need to share out, and any issues I have are addressed quickly and you can tell the Dev cares not just about the app, but about motorsports as well. Hearty 5 stars, easily worth the subscription.

The most effective simplest easy app that I’ve used to record being on the road or on the track or on a hill climb or anywhere it’s. It’s easy to use. It’s easy to navigate it captures top rate video. You can connect it to the OBD to port of your car via Bluetooth. The mount that he recommends is easy and it can record your track days. Your driving to work days if you need a dash cam for some reason it’s uses or infinite because it’s easy to use get it use it. You’ll love it. I do.

Great app. But the fact that to get the full functionality you have to pay a subscription doesn’t sit well with me.
