App information is highly misleading
Respectfully, please do not rely on this app. It continues to report an “estimated” pick up date even after the shipped vehicle misses the connecting barge. It does not update and my conversation with a Matson employee did not go well. Her attitude was merely that these are “just estimates,” that she’s “from Hawaii” and “things take a long time.” She didn’t seem to care that the app continued to give us false information that we relied on while arranging for pickup in Hilo. Matson and Young can do so much better. I hope they rethink this app and invest in an accurate real time system their customers can rely on.

NOT WORKS
This application doesn’t work and you won’t be able to track the car dispute... Judging by the reviews, it didn’t work!
Don’t Waste Your Time
This application as well as all other online methods of trying to track your auto from HI to the mainland through Matson are pointless. I’m not even sure you get correct information when you call them. Got no other real choices though for shipping autos and containers.
So much potential
This app would be more useful if there was the ability to store tracking numbers. I like the ease of use, but it’s just too lacking. The app is built for convenience because it shows no different information than the website, but it is inconvenient to grab my tracking number every time I want to use that app. If I keep the webpage open, I can just reload the page to find the current status.

Thanks for the feedback. If one character from a previous search is entered, the app will give an auto-suggestion of previous searches to choose from to save from having to enter in the entire tracking number.

Information is a few days behind , Does not provide up to date info . The app is self port location times is awesome but effectively having info updated is bad
