One of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded. I can’t even figure out how to track a package on this app. Deleted it 30 minutes after I uploaded it.

2nd time using this app 1st time was a little difficult this time they kept me informed as to where my package was and when it would be delivered.Very impressed with their customer service
Upset
I just downloaded this app and it won’t let me sign up or sign in ! It’s worthless. I’m expecting a package from Vuse that requires my signature but I have no idea when to be home to be able to sign. My last order was delivered at 9:15 at night long after I expected it and with no warning they were delivering. Someone needs to rework this process.

No Date
I just started using this app at the recommendation of the company I purchased something from and the app doesn’t have a date next to the place the package is at. This is something that is extremely important because a signature is required for delivery. Also, I was told that you could change the date of delivery through the app if you weren’t going to be home, and I don’t see how you can do that. Last time I received a delivery from Haultail it took much longer than they said it would when we were commenting through messenger. I think you may need to update your app to include the dates of where the package is, and the option to change the date of delivery.
